Privacy policy

The Mithril Vault collects the information needed to take orders, ship parcels, and support you: name, address, phone, email, and the order itself. Card payments are handled by Peach Payments. We do not store full card numbers.

Orders live in this shop’s database. Peach is the card processor. Couriers receive the name, mobile number, and delivery address or locker needed to deliver the parcel.

We use your details to fulfil orders, prevent fraud, and (if you opt in) send restock notes. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

POPIA: you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we must keep for tax and orders.

Contact the data controller at info@mithrilvault.co.za or 73 Ormonde Drive, Mondeor, Johannesburg, 2091. Phone 064 761 4583.
